Michael,
Mixed drink whisky. Wouldn't touch it otherwise.
PAUL,
It is a standard Canadian Whisky that you would sneak from your father or uncle from the purple bag. a smooth sweet pleasant drink that mixes well.

Crown is what I cut my teeth on as a whisky drinker. I still drink it very often. Easy drinker great flavor.

Makes a nice ginger crown, or on the rocks.
Mike,
my favorite
Alex,
The only Canadian Whiskey in my bar
Brian,
With a perfumy nose and a weak vanilla alcohol flavor, Crown just doesn’t do if for me. I keep it around for guests that can’t handle real whiskey. ; ) Does mix well with Twisted Tea or ginger ale.
brad,
Not objectionable, but nothing I’d order on purpose. It’s like whisky flavored vodka. Good for a mixer. Full disclosure: Not a big Canadian whiskey fan, but I’ve only tried a few.
David,
Never had Crown without coke or ginger ale. So this is my first try as sipping. Smells great out of the bottle. Not to much burn on first sip.. Gets better as you go. Kind of pricey for a blended Canadian whiskey, but good to have around in your home bar.
David,
Over priced for a blended Canadian whiskey. Cheaper version are available at half the cost,
Cliff,
It's very good. But the Black is so much better!!
Adam,
Can't ever go wrong with crown. Extremely smooth slightly chilled or room temperature for best drink. All flavors are good peach, vanilla, and apple

Solid whiskey.

I have been drinking Crown for many years and have switched many friends to it due to its smooth and flavorful finish.

When there is nothing else around Crown is where it is at.

Multitude of flavors just come up front with this whiskey. Every home bar needs some Crown. Good for mixing.
WESLEY,
Solid basic bottle. Good for mixing.
Jake,
My favorite Whiskey that isn't a Bourbon. Love the fancy purple bag and box display. Love all the different flavors (especially Peach). Great in Coke and good on ice. Crushed a few handles of this living with Hans, Max and Frankie.

An excellent sipping whiskey for almost any occasion.

The variations and flavors that CR offers add to its long history of excellent drinkability. Yet there’s just something about the original that keeps me coming back. The smooth, gentle burn will always be my go-to hooch.

Crown Royal Regal Apple. A little too sweet. Smells great though.

This with some sprite and you're good to go, better yet the apple crown with sprite tastes like an apple candy.

My favorite go-to whiskey. I drink it every evening.

My everyday favorite with Coke
Darrell,
Easy and drinkable go too
Luis,
Smooth, facil de beber en las rocas pero como q tiene sabor neutral, nada de especial. Me gusta mas el de apple de crown.
David,
Great basic taste
David,
Great for introducing new people to whiskey. At 40% abv, it's pretty smooth for an inexpensive dram. On it's own it doesn't do much for me...not very complex. Will always be solid choice for making mixed drinks.
Andrew,
A good whisky for its price. Can typically be found on sale to get a fifth for $20. A solid taste for cocktails, but not that great as a stand-alone whisky. A little on the sweet side

Great, affordable standard

My go to inexpensive whiskey.
Suzannah,
nice smooth flavors pairs well with mixers
guest,
Not even middle of the road. A more expensive whiskey at par with most bottom shelf whiskeys.
Very sweet, all the flavours are muddled into a flat palate. The only thing this is good for is putting it into something that covers the taste.
Rex,
First whiskey I ever liked. Very sweet. Good in a coke.
Seth,
Crown Royal was my introduction to decent whisky, and my go-to for a number of years after college before my tastes "matured" a bit and I began experimenting with more flavorful/sophisticated/bold whiskys & bourbons. Still a staple in my bar, but now just for mixed drinks vs. on the rocks. Will always hold a special place in my heart, which counts for 1 extra star from me vs. what it likely deserves.
Joe,
Smooth!
Ian,
Middle of the road. Pairs well with anything that keeps you from tasting it. Better than drinking water!
Gage,
Middle of the road smooth but the flavors are muted

Not may favorite but not bad if your in college trying to find a good buzz

It's ok. Not my favorite.

SEHR fruchtige Nase, Geschmack etwas einfach, kein bleibender Eindruck. Leicht zu trinken.
09/18 - Vancouver
Michael,
Standard go to whiskey with a simple palate
LoganMarie,
Was one of the first whiskeys I sampled. Has a special place in my heart.
Burton,
One of my first whiskys ... ah, memory lane! So it holds a sentimental spot in my bar. I probably wouldn't drink it anymore otherwise ... it is a bit weak. It seems watered down to me now. But it is still an enjoyable dram. And the price is reasonable. So I enjoy it and reflect on times gone by.
Jeffrey,
My favorite whisky

So smooth and flavorful.

A little on the sweet side for personal tastes. Common drink, prefer to go for some of the more off the beaten path labels.

The staple in my whisky bar...flavorful enough to sip neat or on the rocks and affordable enough that I can look the other way when people use it in mixed drinks
Edward,
A bit pricey for what you get. Used to love it, now I'm spoiled.
Daniel,
Not as smooth as Crown Black

For special occasions, and when I have now aged DEW.

The classic, enjoyable drink.
guest,
Very nice sippin' whiskey. Canadian whiskeys have always traditionally been very smooth to me. I've had the straight Royal Crown, Apple and maple. I do not care for the maple.
Kevin,
Nice front flavor but dry on the back end. Great color and serves we'll both chilled and at room temperature.
guest,
One of my staples
guest,
Been drinking for 25+ years. I'm never without a bottle on hand. I prefer drinking on the rocks. The taste is smooth and relaxing.
