Crossbill Gin is made in a shed on the grounds of Inshriach House near Aviemore, Scotland. It is the only Gin to be made with 100% Scottish botanicals – of which there are just two; juniper and rosehip.
The simple recipe allows the quality of the ingredients to shine. Every year is a new batch, with seasonal differences in the botanicals and a range of temperatures all having an effect on the flavor. It means that no batch is the same.

Situated in the Scottish Highlands, Crossbill Highland Estate is an unusual distillery. In fact, it’s a small shed on the grounds of Inshriach House, an Edwardian country house near Aviemore. As well as a distillery, the shed is also home to a bar for guests at the house but isn’t open to the public.
