— Awesome....snuck up on me
— nice flavor. Drink straight or in a cocktail. If it was a little less pricy it would be a favorite.
— This bourbon is among the best whisky I have ever tasted, a little different than most bourbons, but in all the right ways. Along with the flavor profile I got a hint of cinnamon on the tip of my tongue. The burnt caramel is incredibly smooth and delicious, both smell and taste. Kudos Crooked Water, I will always have a bottle stashed away for just me.

Loved it. Has a slight spice on the front but not too bad. Smooth dipper.
Excellent bourbon, very smooth and enjoyable.
Great consistent flavor with a smooth finish. Not overly sweet

Good bourbon very smooth, nice flavors. Not an everyday sipper, more like a nice end of a hard day relaxer or with a drinking buddy

Really amazing bourbon at this price point. Nice, well balanced flavor all the way through. Definitely one to keep on hand. Shared with friends and all wanted to know where they could get it. Told them to join the club!
On the nose, my first sensation is of molasses and oak, followed by a bit of caramel.
First sip brings a modest sweetness, like a peach cobbler with spicy vanilla undertones. On the back end there is the sensation of a lightly smoked crème brule.
The finish is very pleasurable, long, spicy and warm. As the spicy element fades, there is dry end with a whisp of smoke and tea.
Overall, this bourbon delivers a rich and refined flavor profile.
Apples (maybe moreso Applewood smoke?), spice, vanilla, cake. Not always in that order. A solid bourbon for the price point, for sure.
Beautiful nose with hints of vanilla, caramel, some smoke and cinnamon. Taste is flavorful with caramel and smoke and cinnamon on front, midpalate picked up vanilla and apple with it and finished with cherry smokiness. Nice sipper. Bet it would make a great old fsshion. Definitely going to be a part of my must have rotation.
Definitely a smokey caramel flavor.
This has been a joy to taste, so many nuances to it, get the smoke and spice right off the front, as it mellows on the palate the apple and cherries tones become flushed out, excellent whiskey, very fun, definitely adding to my bar permanently!
Clean, flavorful, smooth, subtle smoke vanilla and caramel. No burn. Each sip is pure delight. Excellent for the price.
Solid bottle. Smokey taste for me. Not one of my favorites but it makes a nice compliment to my collection.
I love it, it is extremely smooth

Smooth with a rich taste. For my tastes, better than other similarly priced whisky.
Delicious bourbon, smokey with just the right amount of sweetness and bite. The flavor profile on this is spot on, toasted, caramel, apple, vanilla, and cherry! A steal at under $60.
One of the best I’ve had in quite a while.
Very enjoyable! Did not disappoint, will be getting again.
How would you compare this to Blanton’s or Angels Envy?
Smooth with a great bite! Lives up to its name!
Love it. Priced exactly right. Rich and smoky.
It's just Ok. Has a lot of oak taste to it, maybe too much for me.
Very good flavor and notably smooth on the palette. Worth the price
Haven't opened it yet. Waiting for the perfect time.
