If you want it done right, do it yourself—that's what drove winemakers Jeff Morgan & Jonathan Hajdu when they created Double-Edged Sword Brandy. This one's their third batch, using Chenin Blanc grapes soaked in California sun.

Double-Edged Sword was matured in Covenant's French Oak wine barrels (only two, to be precise) for two and a half years, producing a smooth, complex, and opulent dram. All you need is a cigar.

Nevertheless, the best Brandies are required to preserve the concentrated flavor of the used fruit.
