CORSAIR DISTILLERY

Distillery
Founded in 2008
Corsair Distillery was founded in 2008 by friends Darek Bell and Andrew Webber. At the time, they were working on a bio-diesel fuel and agreed that making Spirits would be more fun – although their journey wasn’t without problems.

Back then, Tennessee laws prohibited commercial distilling, so Corsair opened in nearby Bowling Green, Kentucky. Bell and Webber lobbied to change the law, and eventually opened their second distillery in Nashville in 2010.

Today, the company has a vast Spirits line-up, including a number of different Whiskies (including one made from Quinoa, yep, you read that right!), Rums, Absinthes, and of course, Gins. There’s an Artisan Gin, a Barrel-aged Gin (aged in casks which previously held Corsair’s Spiced Gin), and even a Genever.

What does Corsair Distillery taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Corsair Distillery Gin. It's based on all Corsair Distillery drinks in our large database and gives you a chance to taste Corsair Distillery before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
