Corsair GinCorsair Gin

Founded in 2008
Corsair Artisan Gin is made at the Corsair Distillery in ‘Bourbon Country’ (it has two locations; Nashville, TN and Bowling Green, KY). Made in small batches in a 50-gallon hand-hammered pot still, the recipe is undisclosed.

The Gin is made using the vapor infusion method of distillation, which is where the botanicals are suspended in a basket above the alcohol. When heated, the vapors travel up the column of the still and infuse with the flavor of the botanicals.

While the producers keep the botanicals a secret, we’d wager that alongside juniper, this Gin features lots of citrus, coriander seeds, and herbs such as rosemary.

What does Corsair taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Corsair gin and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
