In addition to that your Membership includes access to exclusive bottlings just for Flaviar Members, monthly free shipping and a complimentary Tasting Box available to you each quarter -- these are themed tasting sets consisting of three 45ml bottles of tongue-picked spirits from craft and big brands, complete with tasting instructions, tasting notes and distillery backgrounds. Our expertly curated "Welcome to Flaviar" Tasting Box ships the moment you join, whereas you will choose all subsequent Tasting Boxes. Each time your Tasting Box benefit refreshes pick any item from our ever-changing selection!
When does my Membership and benefits renew?
You can choose your renewal period when you first join Flaviar, either quarterly (every 3 months, i.e. four times per year) or annually. In both cases membership benefits are assigned to your account on a quarterly basis. You can find your next renewal date, along with the schedule of membership benefits on your Membership profile page.
Do you ship to where I live?
At the moment we ship to all European Union (EU) countries and the United States, with the exception of the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Utah. Unfortunately, we also cannot ship to PO Boxes and APO addresses. But don't hesitate to become a member, because we are expanding to new territories every month.

The box includes samples of 3 very different whiskies, which we believe are a great starting point for enthusiasts as well as aficionados.
Where do you ship from and how long will it take to arrive?
We have a network of fulfilment partners across Europe and the United States, which implies that shipping of Bottles and Tasting Boxes is as local as it can possibly be. Nevertheless, please allow 4 to 14 days for the items to arrive.

What kind of brands do you normally include in the Tasting Boxes?
We're always eager to try something new, from small-batch craft to super premium. We don't have a favourite brand, nor do we discriminate against certain brands. You can read more about our selection process here.
How does the Free Shipping benefit work?
If you have Free Shipping credit available It will be applied on your order for any number of bottles during the checkout process. Free Shipping credit is assigned to your account automatically at the start of each month. Tasting Boxes ship to members for free–purchasing or claiming a Box doesn’t spend your Free Shipping credit.
How does the Free Tasting Box benefit work?
If you have Free Tasting Box credits available in your account, you can claim a free Tasting Box on the product page of any available Tasting Box in the store.
How expensive are the full size Bottles?
We try to keep our selection as diverse as possible. Prices can vary from $30 - $500 and more. Our prices are similar, in many cases actually lower than you would find in a specialty store. What kind of drinks do you sell? We curate from over 15,000 different spirits. From Whisk(e)y, Bourbon, Rum, Gin, Brandy, Absinthe and other types of spirits. From stylish American craft rye Whiskey to the rarest Highland Scotch or small batch Gin from Germany.
Are the drinks authentic?
Yes. Every product we stock is authentic and we take quality very seriously. Our drinks are sourced from only the best beverage producers in the World. Each Tasting Box is curated by a group of aficionados, connoisseurs, industry professionals, food and beverage experts.
How do I invite my friends to join?
You will receive instructions from one of our Membership team via email.
What is Flaviar store credit and how can I use it?
Store credit is, simply put, as good as cash. But it is tied to your Flaviar account, may only be used in Flaviar store and might come with an expiry date. You can apply it towards a purchase by checking a tick box found at checkout. Store credit can be used on all non-recurring transactions (one-off purchases): Tasting Flights (offer) and full-size bottles (offer).
Damaged goods. What now?
If you've received products that were damaged in transit, or if you received an incomplete or incorrect shipment, we'll do our best to resolve the matter to your full satisfaction.
We did our best in designing the Box to provide maximum protection for its contents. In the case of receiving damaged goods, please notify us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach a picture of the damaged goods.
Please keep in mind we may require you to hold on to your damaged or incorrect items, in the condition you received them (including the original packaging), so that we can process a damage claim or arrange for a return pick-up.
Is my data private?
We value the privacy of all our members. Your information is kept in strict confidence and will never be shared or misused.
TERMS OF SERVICE
You may manage your Membership at any time by contacting our Membership team. If you cancel within 3 days of signing up to a paid Membership, we will refund your full Membership fee. We may charge you (or withhold from your refund) the value of benefits used by you and your account during this 3-day period. Cancellation requests after the 3-day grace period will result in Membership renewal prevention; Membership status will remain unaltered until the end of the prepaid period. Same rules, time limitations, and refund eligibility options apply for when membership renews.

Membership fees and renewal
The Membership fee is stated in the User profile of a Member and on the sign-up page. From time to time, we may offer different membership terms, and the fees for such membership may vary. The Membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for Members. Only credit cards are eligible for payment of your Membership. Do not sign up for Membership with a debit card. Also known as a "check" or "ATM" card, a debit card typically has the word "debit" printed on the face of the card. If all credit cards we have on file for you are declined for payment of your Membership fee, you must provide us a new credit card promptly or your Membership will be canceled. If you provide us with a new card and are successfully charged, your new membership period will be based on the original renewal date and not the date of the successful charge.
UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE A CHARGE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO RENEW, YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE MEMBERSHIP FEE AND ANY TAXES, USING ANY CREDIT CARD WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.
