Top reviews for Lucid Absinthe Supérieure:

— I loved the licorice taste. I drink all my drinks straight up so thats what I did with this one. It also had alittle carmel taste to it but as far as the spleen no taste. LOVED it though.

— I've had absinthe cocktails before that almost made me sick, I didn't realize until trying this one neat that what I had been drinking wasn't real absinthe because this was nice on the pallet. Definitely got more of the floral and sugar notes compared to the black licorice which was nice

— Love this stuff. Great with ginger beer and lemon juice.

Elizabeth.,
You did not send the bottle I wanted . You show the bottle with the cat’s green eyes , but send a different bottle. When you are able to send the bottle with the green eyes, I will be happy to order your absinthe. Elizabeth Jones

Alex
Alex,
I personally don't care for absinthe, but this is pretty good. I've had another brand that was too sweet, so when mixed it was too much. This has heavy licorice notes and so handles the traditional sugar cube a bit better. The color is a very light green, barely noticeable.

Rob
Rob,
Flavor reminds me of a spicy Sambuca mixed with Jägermeister

Mark
Mark,
For a first foray into the world of absinthe I was pleasantly surprised. This goes well over a sugar cube and some precious drops of very cold water.

Pete,
Lucid is terrible; this site should not sell it.

Brainerd
Brainerd,
It's got a very strong licorice/anise tone. It's not as creamy as Mansinthe, but it's got a great licorice taste. I am a power loucher, so I don't do the whole "sugar cube, drip" thing.
