The Lemon Vodka You’ve Secretly Always Wanted. Subtly sweet, zesty, and oh so refreshing...

Brought to life in 2014, Bozeman Spirits was founded by industry trailblazer Jim Harris. After moving to Bozeman in 1992 to attend Montana State University, he decided to make the “Bozone” his permanent home. He then set out to bring the first ever craft distillery to the historic downtown district. The distillery rules are very simple: “Drink local…”

Harris must have studied business at Montana State, because Bozeman is a textbook multifaceted sustainable business model, encapsulating the spirit of Montana, sustainably, from grain to glass (or cocktail rather).

Every step of the process takes place onsite, using copper pot stills, locally sourced grains, and water sourced from the snow capped peaks of the Gallatin mountain range just south of Bozeman. The distillery even has its own tasting room offering a specialty menu full of unique cocktails, crafted from Bozeman spirits, and curated by the distillery staff.

They give back too, offering several volunteer opportunities, and support for numerous local organizations, non-profits and events. Harris has even organized a Distillers Guild, for the distillers in Montana. Bozeman handcrafts their Spirits to reflect the surrounding historic terroirs of Montana.

This naturally flavored Lemon Vodka “offers a subtle citrus flavor, great for martinis and other cocktails. A unique product that is flavored with the characteristics of this versatile citrus” (Bozeman Spirits).

About the Flavor Spiral
What does Cold Spring Lemon Vodka taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Cold Spring Lemon Vodka and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Unlike its boozy brethren Bourbon and Scotch, Vodka can be made anywhere in the world. But it’s Eastern Europe that gets the credit for its birth. Just don’t ask Russia and Poland to get to the bottom of it—both argue that they masterminded the Spirit first.
Seems that Vodka is a lightweight—quite literally. This clear Spirit actually weighs less than water. One liter of water weighs 1,000 grams, while the same amount of Vodka only clocks in at 953 grams.
The average life of a $50 bill in circulation is 55 months before it is replaced due to wear.
You won't impress the bartender by ordering Vodka-soda, but it's a good choice if you want to avoid unecessary sugar intake and make sure you stay hydrated when consuming alcohol.
It looks like potato chips and flavored Vodka are two things where the producers unleash their imagination. Bubble gum, fresh cut grass, pumpkin pie, marshmallow, and coconut water hardly begin to describe the many flavors of Vodka.
Vodka can be made anywhere in the world and pretty much of any ingredient that contains starch.

For a potato-based Vodka, 12kg (26.5lbs) potatoes are needed to produce a single bottle.
