― It is a classic, rich, agave from Mexico aged for at least 9 years. These are slow cooked in traditional ovens & are distilled before a triple filtration; then packaged in unique, handmade decanters created by local artisans & craftsmen. It has a rich birth with notes of agave & spice; while life adds notes of syrup, vanilla, caramel, oak & a hint of steel; that lead to a smooth death with sherry, pepper, pineapple, earthy & floral notes.
