Normandy is a picturesque land full of green pastures and orchards full of apples. These are pressed into cider, from which they get a distinctive Eau de Vie called Calvados. Located in Pays d'Auge in the heart of Normandy lies the Chateau du Breuil a castle dating back to 16th century where the culture of growing apples and turning them into Calvados has a long tradition. The distillery itself is operating for three generations now. The clayed soil and mild and damp weather is perfect for growing over 22.000 apple trees that surround the castle.

What does Château du Breuil taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Château du Breuil brandy and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
