Cambridge Dry Gin is meticulously crafted with a delicate balance of florals and herbs.

Cambridge Distillery was founded in 2011 by William and Lucy Lowe. Their stated objective was to "… capture the taste of the English seasons using botanicals grown in and around their home" in Cambridge, UK. And while there are many fine Gin products being produced these days, the laser-like focus of Cambridge Distillery is on ultra-premium Spirit production using extreme precision and some of the finest ingredients possible. Their showroom distillery looks more like a laboratory with beakers and equipment to test every step in the process and has earned them the distinction of "Most Innovative Distillery in the World" three times over, among other notable awards and distinctions.

Cambridge Dry Gin was the signature Spirit and the first to release. It is comprised of natural botanicals gathered from the wild, verdant fields and gardens around their home — including Macedonian juniper, fresh basil, rosemary, angelica, lemon verbena, blackcurrant leaf, violet petals, rosemary, and rose petals. Importantly, each botanical is distilled separately and then the resulting Spirits are meticulously blended together in perfect harmony. It is the perfect summer Gin to use in a G&T, Negroni, or anything Italian. And if you are a fan of an Aviation Cocktail, this Gin will change your life.

Flavor Spiral TM
About the Flavor Spiral
What does Cambridge Dry Gin taste like?

The Flavor Spiral™ shows the most common flavors that you'll taste in Cambridge Dry Gin and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavor Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Juniper berry is the main ingredient of Gin. They are usually picked wild by independent workers throughout Europe and sold via distributors to Gin makers worldwide.
It’s a common myth that Gin is a tear-jerker. Of course, drinking too much of it will make you feel awful the next day, but that’s the same with any alcohol.
As with many other Spirits, Gin was originally intended to be used as a medicine—to battle malaria.
While juniper-heavy Gin is perfect for your daily G&T, it is also complemented extremely well by tea flavours such as Earl Grey. Try steeping Earl Grey tea bags in Gin for an hour before mixing it with lemon juice and soda for a refreshing tipple. This one gets you additional kudos, so let’s keep it between us.
How much Tonic is in a Gin & Tonic? The ideal proportions for a perfect Gin & Tonic is one part Gin and two parts Tonic.
Hardcore Gin lovers say the word Martini should never be preceded by Vodka, lobster, or pomegranate. They say the original and the only real Martini consists of Gin, Vermouth & olives, period!
