Cambridge Distillery's signature Japanese Gin combines the quintessential Juniper berries with traditional Japanese botanicals, such as Shiso leaf, Sanshō and Yuzu.

They also produce a seasonal Gin made four times a year based on locally available botanicals mixed with juniper from Macedonia.

But more than just its regular bottlings, the Cambridge Distillery also offers a unique service for one-on-one Gin tailorings, working together with a client on a recipe together, which will then be produced, just for them.
