Top reviews for Makoto Single Grain 23 Year Old Japanese Whisky:

― Perfect whiky

― Agreed with below user. Buyer beware, this is basically a scam whiskey

― Makati is a scam! The whiskey they send to creators is only worth about 8800 yen, or $80. The company was only founded last year and the distillery that is used by the company actually makes awamori, not whiskey. They keep it in wooden barrels to give it a flavor and color which imitates whiskey. The reason it is so hard to find is because it is a scam, and that is why it is marketed as Japanese whiskey.
