Top reviews for Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 Year Old Heavily Peated:

― Only peat and smoke lovers need apply.

― If you like Islays and heavy peat and smoke, then this is a must try. Every bit as good as advertised.

― A wonderful whisky. As I’ve come to love Islay whiskys, Ardbeg in particular, I knew this was a safe bet. Little did I know what I was in for. I was blown away. It still hits hard on the first sip, as to be expected, but the complexity and bewilderingly gentleness of this dram for each subsequent visit has smitten me. A complex nose. A palate that is balanced and delicate, yet demands your attention. A finish that lingers into tomorrow. If not for the fact that supplies aren’t unlimited, I’d demand you get a bottle. But instead, stay away. I wish to buy them all for myself.
