Top reviews for Bruichladdich Octomore 12.3:

― This was my first Octomore, but my god is it good. It has incredible dark fruits with blackberry, figs, blackcurrants, toffee, tobacco leafs, and espresso notes in the taste. All of that is layered underneath this beautiful smoke note that is more of an in-between of Ardbeg meatiness and Highland Park earthy flavor. The mouthfeel is similar to maple syrup in its absurd richness and viscosity. It is a joy neat, but opens up the fruitiness even more with a drop of water. If you can grab it for retail of $280 I would contend it is absolutely worth that price.

― The mouthfeel on this is pure ecstasy
