― I was on the winning team at this event, thank you for hosting Flaviar!! Such a great experience and I think the whiskey turned out amazing (but I may be a bit biased). Like most Breckenridge products, it's a steal at that price. Of the 5 barrels we tried, we used 4 of them. I'm so glad we were able to preserve the butterscotch nose of the 5th barrel. I loved how all of the barrels weren't anything great on their own, but after some blending turned out so good. This made me appreciate the blending process so much more (props to Brian and Hans at Breckenridge Distillery!).

― Just received my bottle. The notes on this have a wonderful sherry essence with butterscotch and a bit of cocoa. Yet it has some green pepper and spice that holds it up. Way better than its price. Reminds me a bit of the artist series they did some time ago but at half the price.
