Bourbon is so American you can hear bald eagles in every drop. It’s the most renowned style of Whiskey produced in the U.S. of A. Its story began in the late 1700s when immigrants from Scotland and Ireland brought distillation to Kentucky. And Kentucky is the keyword here.

Limestone water of the Bluegrass State is iron-free, changing temperatures bring out the caramelized sugars, the forests are full of oak trees, and, of course, corn.
