When two powerful worlds collide, it can go either way. We’re not fans of when one takes over the other but we are fans of when they work together to deliver something that’s more than a sum of its parts.
When Bowmore master Whiskey blender Ron Welsh and Aston Martin Executive Vice President Marek Reichman got together, the second option seemed to have happened. Taking the ‘Golden Ratio’ principle from Aston Martin, the Bowmore lads crafted a limited-edition Whiskey that’s richly elegant with delicious bitter dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee beans, and fruity notes. Plus, the bottle is like really, really cool, too.

Single Malt Scotch Whisky is made in Scotland using a pot still distillation process at a single distillery, with malted barley as the only grain ingredient. It must be matured in oak casks in Scotland for at least three years (most Single Malts are matured longer, though).
First-class Whiskies are taxed not only by the state but also by the angels. This refers to the 4% of Whisky that evaporates from the barrels every year, a phenomenon known as the angel’s share.
