They say: "We just do Bourbon," and if we only could - we'd do the same. No water added, no large batches, no bull. Booker's founder coined the term 'small batch,' and that's why you shouldn't sleep on this bottle. They only release a few batches per year and they all vary in age and proof. All unapologetically unique, bold, and the perfect mixture of art, science, and Mother Nature’s magic.

This straight-from-the-barrel Bourbon is bottled at a generous 65.3% ABV and aged 6 to 8 years, resulting in a sip packed with walnuts, sugar, vanilla, and some smokiness.

*This bottle is a collector’s item; we will not be able to entertain any refunds or exchanges.

**Individual orders are limited to one item per person, as we wish to allow everyone to participate.

***Any kind of transit damage is insured and will be reimbursed.

Straight Bourbon must be matured for at least 2 years. If a bottle has no age statement, it’s at least 4 years old.
Bourbon was declared "The Official Spirit of America" by an Act of Congress signed by President Lyndon Johnson in 1964.
Bourbon Is a ''new barrel Spirit'': One of the legal requirements for Bourbon is that it only be aged in brand new oak charred barrels.
Sure, Kentucky gets all the press when it comes to Bourbon. And with good reason—nearly 95% of it is produced there. But Bourbon can be made anywhere as long as it's within the United States. Just ask states with budding distilleries like Illinois and New York.
"Remember that iconic poster from World War II showing Rosie the Riveter as a patriotic American woman doing her part for the war effort? Well, hundreds of businesses did their part too, and the Bourbon distillers stepped right up with ‘em.

Distilleries all over Kentucky and Tennessee were re-tooled to distill fuel alcohol and ferment penicillin cultures to treat wounded soldiers."
Bourbon must be made from a grain mixture that is at least 51% corn.
