Blood Oath pledges all their offerings to be rare, forgotten, and spectacular. The maker still holds the sources close to their chest, but Pact No.2 proves the barrel-hunter sticks to the vows.

Released in 2016, Blood Oath Pact No.2 is an artful marriage of elite Whiskeys: one's oaky and robust with a rye-forward mash, the other's a soft wheated Bourbon, and the third is a port-finished Rye. Exquisite, extravagant, and unexpected. We're not sure you'll want to share this one willy-nilly. Cherry-picked sippers only.

Bourbon matures quicker than Scotch due to higher temperatures in American warehouses.

Limestone Branch Distillery, which produces Yellowstone Bourbon, also makes Minor Case Bourbon and Bowling & Burch Gin.

Yellowstone Bourbon has had several owners throughout its history, including J.B. Dant, D.H. Taylor, The Glenmore Distillery, United Distillers & Vintners, the David Sherman Company, Heaven Hill, and David Sherman (now known as Luxco).

Bourbons have very prominent notes of vanilla, as American White Oak is naturally high in vanillins.
Sure, Kentucky gets all the press when it comes to Bourbon. And with good reason—nearly 95% of it is produced there. But Bourbon can be made anywhere as long as it's within the United States. Just ask states with budding distilleries like Illinois and New York.
Bourbon must be made from a grain mixture that is at least 51% corn.
