Ah yes, Bellevoye, the all-French Whiskey. Named after a road less traveled and hidden to most, but the one that will lead the persistent traveler to the dreamland. This dreamland was dreamt into existence in 2013 by two fine Whiskey-lovers and brothers-by-heart Alexandre and Jean, brave businessmen who gambled it all to prove to the world that France is more than Champagnes and Cognacs, it is a land of fine Whiskey as well. And if it wasn't before, it has certainly become one now, hosting this premium brand.
Their Bleu Triple Malt is a non-peated blend of three Single Malts, all of which are made from only French ingredients and were distilled in France: one in Brittany, another in Alsace, and the third one in Cognac. The Whiskey was aged from 3 to 9 years in French oak casks before being finished in for 9-12 months in French new fine grain oak casks. That’s right, when we say all French, we mean ALL French! This award-winning goodie is bottled at an ABV of 40% in a bottle that possesses a unique French charm and elegance. Enjoy it neat or on ice.
