Top reviews for Belle Meade Reserve Bourbon:

― My time is short with Flaviar, as I've already been notified that they can't / won't ship to NC anymore, and they won't extend my membership. I'm more than a little miffed, not really sure who to caste my distaste toward at the moment. As "it is what it is",... I thought it would be the perfect time to give my first 10 stars to this excellent pour. Reserve, I would argue should state "special". It is my favorite bottle. Others come close, but for my palate and nose this one takes the prize. So, cheers to Belle Meade Reserve (Special) and to all my fellow bourbon and whiskey lovers out there. Sorry I can't live on, and partake in the experience. PS. Maybe these Draconian ABC rules will one day fizzle away in NC. PSS. I now know what the replicants in Blade Runner felt like,..."time to die". Remember me! K Pearson, Mebane NC

― This is my favorite bourbon! The favors explode in you mouth, with vanilla, caramel, spice, oak, and cherry. I would put this above Stagg Jr in my opinion.

― Picked this up after visiting the distillery; great folks there. I'm a big fan of this bottle and am enjoying how much is going on in it. Great straight; a little bit of water can bring some extra sweetness out. Compared to the regular Belle Meade Bourbon, there's a lot more going on, and the higher proof helps bring that out.
