Fractional bourbon cask ownership is a unique opportunity for individuals to purchase a share in a bourbon cask. By buying a small co-ownership, you will become part of a community of bourbon enthusiasts who collectively own a cask of aging bourbon.
When you purchase a fractional bourbon cask ownership, you will receive a portion of the ownership rights to a specific bourbon cask. The size of your ownership will determine the number of bottles you are entitled to when the bourbon is ready for bottling, typically after 2 years of aging.
Upon purchasing a fractional bourbon cask ownership, you will receive a certificate (online + physical) indicating your ownership. Additionally, you will be entitled to a specific number of bottles from the cask once it reaches maturation and samples to check on the aging progress.
Throughout the aging process, you will receive periodic updates on the progress of your bourbon. Additionally, we will send you carefully curated samples at specific intervals to allow you to experience how your bourbon is maturing and developing its unique flavors.
After the 2-year aging period, your bourbon will be ready for bottling. You will have the opportunity to claim your allocated bottles based on your ownership percentage. At this point, you can also customize the labels for your bottles, making them uniquely yours.
To customize the certificate, simply select your desired Plan and proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process, you will find a special field where you can add the name that will be printed on the certificate. Once customized, the certificate will be delivered to the specified delivery address. Additionally, we will send you a PDF copy of the certificate along with your order confirmation.
For the bottle label, you can add your name once your bourbon is ready for bottling, which typically occurs after a period of 2 years. Rest assured, you will receive a notification via email and SMS when the option to customize the bottle label becomes available.
