Barr an Uisce offers two different bottles. One is a 10-year-old single malt, called "1803 Single Malt," made with Whiskey from Cooley. The other is a blended Whiskey with an 80 Grain/20 10-year-old malt ratio, matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for 4 years, and finished in Oloroso casks for 6 months.
Both Whiskeys have creamy, coated textures with a delicate vanilla topping. On the palate the 1803 single malt is more on fruity side, with dark traces on the nose like chocolate and toffee. The blended Whiskey on the other hand is lighter and sweeter.
