BARR AN UISCE

Barr an Uisce offers two different bottles. One is a 10-year-old single malt, called "1803 Single Malt," made with Whiskey from Cooley. The other is a blended Whiskey with an 80 Grain/20 10-year-old malt ratio, matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for 4 years, and finished in Oloroso casks for 6 months.

Both Whiskeys have creamy, coated textures with a delicate vanilla topping. On the palate the 1803 single malt is more on fruity side, with dark traces on the nose like chocolate and toffee. The blended Whiskey on the other hand is lighter and sweeter.

What does Barr an Uisce taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Barr an Uisce irish whiskey and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.
