― Nose: complex mix of oak, vanilla, sherry, grapes, and berries. Flavor: bright fruit, spice, oak, and soft vanilla. Oak lingers in finish along with some sharper fruit notes, but it all blends together nicely for a pleasant drinking experience.
― Great taste with strength. Not terrific in a Manhattan, but excellent with ginger ale.
