― I had the distinct pleasure of touring this distillery while in Grand Canaria. I tasted the 36 yr old Captain Toddy and the 18 yr old. I bought the 18 yr old because it was more complex with unique banana nut bread characteristics. The Captain was the smoothest I ever tasted with a pure sugar cane expression. I wish I would have picked up both.
