Appleton Estate 12 Year Old Rare Casks Rum is the passion project of their famed Master Distiller Joy Spence. It’s a blend of rare hand-picked pot and column still Rums that were aged for at least 12 years in the tropical climate of Jamaica – this makes the aging even more intense. The final result won Double Gold at the prestigious 2020 New York Spirits Competition. This is the type of Rum you appreciate neat or use it to elevate your cocktails.
