A must for an Aperol Spritz. Its sweetness isn't completely offset by the bitterness, so I light to go light on it in drinks.

Bittersweet. Tried it a variety of ways. Enjoyed it best in a spritz with Prosecco and Fever-Tree club soda. Great addition to your home bar.
