Legend has it, one of Da Vinci's students painted a fresco in Lombardy in 1525. When he wanted to depict Madonna, he needed a model, which he found in a young widow. After finishing the masterpiece, she thanked him with a curious potion she made by steeping apricot kernels in Brandy. Ecco! Amaretto was born.
There are countless Amaretto brands out there, but Jean-Robert Bellanger, the creator of Adriatico, found a perfect recipe for this Amaretto Adriatico Bianco Liqueur. Crafted from roasted and distilled Filippo Cea almonds, hand-picked in Apulia, it releases lush flavors of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, and coffee.
