Eigashima Shuzo Ltd. is a small company with a HUGE history — but you have to dig a bit to find it. This family business was established in 1679, and was one of the most important businesses in Japan during the Meiji Period. We’re talking real Samurai, Shogun, Ninjas, and Japanese Emperors who drank their products. They started making Sake and Shochu in 1888. In 1919, they received a license to make Whiskey but they didn’t start using it until 1984. They sure made some remarkable offerings since then, though.

Nobody better than this guys to join the art of Sake with the art of Whisky in this unique offering. After spending 3 years in Sake casks, the velvety palate brings you an abundance of flavors from bittersweet oranges to chocolate-covered bananas, pear, and apples. Savor neat or with a few drops of water to really open it up.
