A really rather delectable wheat vodka from Adnams Brewery, this stuff is made by Fergus Fitzgerald, the master brewer, who makes a beer wash from East Anglian malted barley and oats. These are fermented to around 6%abv, and then they are distilled to between 80 and 85% before being put through a copper pot still and purified in rectification columns. Creamy and intense, very tasty indeed.
