The hottest bitch around.

Absinthe Supreme is produced in the shadow of the Slovene Alps, drawing upon 18th century herbal recipes originating between Paris and Prague. They say the blend of carefully selected premium herbs makes this green fairy (or La Fée Verte, the other expression for Absinthe in French) the hottest bitch around.

It is distilled from neutral grain spirit combined with certain amount of fruit brandy. This unusual base combination makes Absinthe Supreme exceptionally fruity which is quite unique for Absinthe.

Absinthe is traditionally served according to a precise ritual. It is ready to be enjoyed after ice cold water is poured in a glass of Absinthe in a five to one ratio over a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon. But the Supreme guys say the only true guideline to enjoying Absinthe is to experiment and to discover your own taste.

Flavour Spiral™

About The Flavour Spiral

What does Absinthe Supreme taste like?

The Flavour Spiral™ shows the most common flavours that you'll taste in Absinthe Supreme and gives you a chance to have a taste of it before actually tasting it.

We invented Flavour Spiral™ here at Flaviar to get all your senses involved in tasting drinks and, frankly, because we think that classic tasting notes are boring.

Tasting Notes

Appearance / Colour
Yellowish brown tinge to emerald green.

Smell / Nose / Aroma
Anis and fennel forward with a good support from the wormwood, followed by coriander and vanilla.

Flavour / Taste / Palate
Nice louche (or the clouding effect as we say) after the ice cold water is added - not too powerful, very much like some of the pre-ban Absinthe louche. Well balanced sweet flavour, with grand wormwood, fennel, anise, coriander, fruit (apple, apricot), vanilla and herb (caraway, marjoram) notes.

Long nobly bitter and herbal finish.

Tradition blended with modern taste. Perfect for Absinthe newbies.
