Since all of their releases have been fairly young, it's hard to pin them down with a flavor profile now. But we do know some things. They are ageing their Whisky in a combination of Sherry and Bourbon casks. So we will expect to find hints of butter, raisin, and sweet corn with rancio influences. A
nd most Whiskies aged on the western shores have an influence from the sea - sea salt and pepper - and there is no reason to expect differently here. We look forward to it.
