Rich,
Sherry and oak - tasty and full of fruit
Gabriel,
Nose: Light fruit, white grapes, brown sugar
Palate: Light honey, white grapes
Elliot,
Smooth and rich. The oak is nice and the aftertaste is even better.
Maxime,
Not a bad whisky, but i'm not a sherry fan.
Lowell,
I'm not a scotch drinker typically but this was really nice. The spicy finish lasted longer on my tounge than any other flavor. A few drops of water really opened it up. Glad I bought it.
Robert,
Thought it was kind of flat at first but sitting in a decanter helped. Lots of marzipan.
Qi,
Neat Sherry glavor
Mike,
I’m trying it for the first time and I really like it! I think it will be a stable in my bar.
guest,
I think it’s safe to say this is my favorite scotch. Falls somewhere in the middle of a good introduction to scotch and something more complex. For the money, hard to match.
Clint,
Simple at first, but increasingly complex as you explore the flavors beyond the obvious sherry and honey... such as prunes, cane sugar, pepper, and tobacco.
guest,
Had a few rounds tonight with 2-3 rocks... pretty good. Smooth finish... didn’t feel extra special or sorts... would definitely keep one in my bar.
guest,
Has a bit of burn. Nice flavors come out with a bit of ice which also removes the burn. Has a sweet honey like taste but also a subtle smokiness
Patrick,
Very smooth, sweet tones with a pleasant finish.
Suavi,
This is on of my most favourite drinks. I'm not an expert in terms of grasping notes but if you are after a sweet, soft and smooth bottle, this is the one for you. Even the father in law approves!
guest,
Solid choice.
Jason,
Lots of length. Slightly spicy. Orange blossom. Burns going down.
Marques,
Very smooth. I personally like a bit more of a bite, and I've been gravitating more towards peat lately, so this isn't my absolute favorite, but it's still a very good dram. Well worth your time and money.
Charles,
Very smooth - definitely on my favourites.
Antoine,
A good whisky to beginning.
Ivan,
Absolutely amazing. Rich notes that rotate through 3 flavors with each sip.
Steve,
Just a lovely drop of the single stuff
guest,
First single malt I ever tried.
Still one if the most pleasant whiskies on the market.
